Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd. has wrapped up its ₹792 crore IPO. The company offered 5.28 crore equity shares at a price band of ₹140 to ₹150. The issue was open from July 30 to August 1.
Big Demand From Investors
The IPO was a hit. Overall subscription was around 74 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers led the pack with bids about 164 times the shares available. Non-institutional investors applied 62 times, and retail investors about 22 times.
Day one saw bids around 3.6 times the offer. Interest picked up quickly. By day two, the issue was already over 10 times subscribed. The final day closed with massive demand.
What the Company Does
Sri Lotus Developers focuses on high-end real estate projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs. As of June 2025, it had 0.93 million square feet of projects under development.
Money from the IPO will be used mainly to fund projects handled by group subsidiaries like Richfeel Real Estate, Dhyan Projects, and Tryksha Real Estate. About ₹550 crore is set aside for these projects. The rest will cover corporate expenses.
Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Hrithik Roshan had invested earlier. Well-known investor Ashish Kacholia also holds a stake.
Grey Market Premium Shows Optimism
The grey market has stayed active. GMP ranged between ₹37 and ₹44 in the days before allotment. That puts the expected listing price between ₹187 and ₹194. Investors are looking at possible gains of 25–29 percent over the ₹150 issue price.
Key Dates to Remember
The basis of allotment was finalized on August 4. Refunds and share credits will happen on August 5. The company is set to list on both BSE and NSE on August 6.
